Not because the laws are different, but because conventional title companies (read also as real estate attorneys) don't necessarily stay up on the nuances because institutional lenders have their own attorneys on staff to do that and prepare the lender's loan docs.

also keep in mind many that say Hey I just reached 1000 units really are just syndication inventors so I guess technically they did but its not their sole properties.. when I was doing loans HML we did 40 a month or more.. it took a staff of 12 to run it..

work force housing sector can take some pretty big hits . the hardest hit business's are going to be restaurants ( already seeing many close) hotels travel related business's.. airlines and of course cruise industry.. although a vast majority of cruise ship staff are from all over the world.. but how are they going to get home ?

I for one had always worked in an office or owned my own office buildings through the years.. and now that we have small staff ( post GFC) we created home office and have been there now 6 years and have grown to accept/like it.
