We did not reverse wholesale, we just built our cash buyers list by postcards, craigslist ads and web traffic.

@Deren Huang  top producer do not pay what your describing.my wife and I work for our brokerage for a flat 12k a year total. and that includes all the web stuff e and O  etc etc. 

Through that web site you can pull up all the local agents in your market. 

One of these sellers just sent me a text with a web link to a page that is advertising lists for sale in my county.

I do not know if the same flip would be recognized in Canada and also become subject to capital gains yet again.I would suggest doing a web search on local accountants and simply call them up to ask if they have clients who currently invest in US real estate for whom they've filed taxes for.

However, I haven't done the best job at reading the forums or really diving into the web site.

I can take calls, make call, fax, email, any web related activities and have the limited ability to get out for an hour at a time.

I also found Rockland County showing up on a few web lists, so I'm doing a little more digging there to figure out how good that would be (Rockland is close to NYC so it would be ideal if that worked).  

I am looking for a web site where I can find distressed properties for sale, filtered by areas.Obviously not the MLS or any other web site that charges you for a fee ?
