Since the subfloor is plain concrete, he laid the planking right on top of the old carpet (in hopes of providing a bit more insulation come winter).4) Coventry Oak in my home bathroom (only 50 sq ft) sometime about 2 months ago - did this myself, and even did it in installments, leaving pieces out for 2-3 days until I had a window of time to replace the toilet (when you have one bathroom and two teens, you gotta be careful!).

They were going to get the civil judgements and then go after the banks ability to operate in WI eventually, but it of course never got that far and Citi, BOA, etc gladly spent hundreds of thousands, maybe millions on homes that are likely still vacant, just with new paint, fixed porches, windows, etc!

I didn’t account for the significant demolition, new electrical, reframing a room to bring the laundry inside from the outside mold fort it was in (nobody likes to go outside to do their laundry, especially in Florida, except maybe Caroline from Little House on the Prarie), a total re-plumb, roof repair, all new flooring, new appliances, new windows, new HVAC (outside unit & air handler), sheetrock, and fixtures.

The next month they changed their buying criteria that tightened up the margins they were looking for but I still managed to find a few deals before starting to work for a vertically integrated fix-n-flip company out of California.
