When you raise the rent the tenant may request an explanation and it’s very easy to explain that in order to continue to service them and respond to their requests you need to charge them more. if your average rent is $1,000 per unit and the average tenant calls 2 times per year why is it fair to the good tenants that this troublesome tenant to call 50+ times per year and pay the same rate

Here are some of the reasons for this: i had an insurance claim with my LLC about 5 years ago and now my insurance is through the roof, interest rates are slightly higher i use the LLC because I will be getting a mortgage.

@Nate T.There is no affordable software to handle both, for your loans I would recommend using a third party servicer especially if they are owner occupied since not sending statements etc is a fdcpa violation and end of year 1098’s are a painA company called mortgage office has some software but expect to pay a few grand per year.
