Good afternoon guys I am new to real estate I have recently Had a family member give me the opportunity to sell her a home she will be receiving money from her VA within the next 5 to 6 months and Said if I find a fixer-upper as well as Renovate it and meet her price range for purchasing the home she will allow me to sell her a home more like an opportunity to help me get started In my dream of being One day a developer Any ideas on where should I get started I have not much funds and was considering a hard money lender or any other avenue I may be able to travel in this process
