When REI and my other investments (like notes) earn me 200-300k a year I’ll walk away

Right now isn't the best time, as many property managers are going bonkers right now with rental turnover, but if you catch them at the right time, they are typically, more than willing to spend 5 minutes of their time to offer help. 

Typically in this situation you won’t get that money back.

I'm reviewing their management agreement and came upon:Is this a typical compensation clause that most Management/Broker companies include in their agreements?  

I make a decent wage from my job and live pretty frugally so I could afford it while still have the ability to save/use my earnings for repairs/rehab.Thanks guys!

Why can't you leverage your hard-earned education and financial freedom to bring you high level success in other walks of life?

I hope it won't take long to see that earning is a result of something else. 

I honestly don't know much about foundation issues other than that they typically are expensive. 

If you are building new, you will need to typically jump through a few hoops depending on the unit count.
