Good morning BP:I'm struggling with whether or not I should pull the trigger on a condo I have under contract.

I am fighting the urge to just go ahead and pull the trigger right away based on the price, and would sure appreciate any advice from you guys.

I thought I read somewhere on BP that if you purchase it on your name and then transfer it to an LLC it triggers the due on sale clause.

I finally pulled the trigger on my first deal when my wife’s cousin, an experienced investor, looked at a deal I was eyeing and gave me a thumbs up on the numbers (including estimated rehab costs after walking through the place with me) and that gave me the confidence to go forward.What challenges or fears did you overcome in order to do your first real estate investment deal?
