The note itself is set up by a lawyer using State Bar of Wisconsin form 16-2003 'Fixed Rate Note', the mortgage is set up using State Bar of Wisconsin Form 21-2003 'Mortgage'

The bar is so low that this is rarely a problem.As to finding the right people, you just have to use trial and error.

I would be leary of hiring a handyman to install the bars.
