Every other day there is some kind of ordinance, fee, prohibition in Seattle that restricts what an owner can do with an investment property.There will be others who live in Seattle that will disagree with me.

I definitely think that if you’re finding a lot of deals that are cash flowing on paper retail right off the shelf, in this frothy market, it may be time to tighten up your underwriting a bit as I don’t understand why these deals aren’t getting snatched up.

Also, there are restrictions on the types of dogs that can be allowed in the park.

Or worse, added language that restricts you from using the property as you intend.
