The top unit has very nice hardwood floors throughout, the walls are in good condition (clean, at least), a high efficiency furnace has been installed, newer hot water tank, and the roof and exterior look fine.

Our experience has been they struggle with the lift required for winter water temperatures in northern climates.On the other hand, they work find behind a solar thermal storage system which will pre-heat the water, leaving the electric on-demand to handle the final boost of water temperature en-route to a given unit.
