There are times when a title company will load up the HUD-1 with "junk fees", learn to recognize them and negotiate them away.You should always get a HUD in advance of your live settlement, this way there will no surprises at the settlement table.

Though, not surprising they won't call you back when you mention the price. 

State regulations make things complicated so I'm skeptical that it will ever replace the agent; however, technology is taking the place of so much human production that it wouldn't surprise me to see some platforms simplify the process for the even the casual browser.I looked for the app for my Android, but only T-Rex apps displayed.

Hey guys, I'm going to chime in with some news that might surprise some of you...You cannot partner your IRA/401k with your personal money into an LLC in order to increase purchasing power....Even if you form a new LLC and all parties go into the LLC at the same time.I recently went to a seminar where some attorneys did not even understand this.I'm not an attorney, but I regularly visit Washington, D.C. to visit the with legislators and regulators (mostly attorneys) who make, interpret, and enforce the laws in this area.

Rents are surprising me currently with what people are paying to stay in these units, but that is a good thing.
