Does anyone have any suggestions for websites or other online resources that are good in determining rent estimates in different areas? 

I was thinking if something could be available online or MLS of I will ask a realtor to represent me, or I could just call to biggest mortgage holders

You might want to offer to waive the bounced check fee if you can get the tenant to agree to automated online payments.

HUD usually has a downloadable property condition report available online that can be helpful, although some of them are fairly cursory.

Please help. about 2 weeks ago I was watching a house on an online auction and it went up over $150,000 and auction ended.

I know that California has some like that, but also some that are based online as well.
