Hi Carisa,Ohio is a great starter market for multifamily and I could not stress enough that it makes more sense to go with multifamily, if you are able to, because income and expenses scale better when you buy right.

So the funder pushes the 'fund' button at basically the exact same time for both, with two instances of the mortgage origination software open, just like there is presumably one person at one location that pushes the buttons for ALL the rockets to ignite (you wouldn't have rocket 1 be a lady in Florida, and rocket 2 be a guy in Texas...).

My logic is that if either of us HAVE to work, I'd much be rather it be me working real estate where I have much control vs her working the business where we're dependant on contractors, clients and the market which are all notoriously unreliable, very stressful and very time consuming.
