I'm here to pick your brains and get some advice on the best ways to connect with other pros and investors on BP without stepping on any toes or breaking any rules.

I am excited to immerse myself in the world of real estate and take on new challenges as I embark on this journey.Goals:As a new member of the real estate investing community, my primary goal is to educate myself, gain hands-on experience, and ultimately achieve financial independence through smart and strategic investments.

I am looking for advice on how to get this done in a short timeframe.

I just want advice and recommendations and/or partnerships that can help me and mentor me in doing this cause I've been interested in creating for a while and I'm ready to start taking action and build relationships to get my foot in the door and make it happen.

So let me give you some hypothetical numbers.I buy a house for $150k. Current value is $210k as-is. ARV is around $300-$350k. So I was told that I could do a cash out refi for $150k. That puts debt against the house. ...

There are many that will take advice and turn around and find a cheaper alternative, but that's part of business.
