"Pizza Pizza" Is the $40k take home as an absentee owner (ie investor) or as someone who is physically on site and manages the store (ie like a job)? 

The store came with all the fixtures, stock & fully staffed with great people!

Maybe work at a big box hardware store and eventually with a builder.
