Hey guys,Has anyone tried getting title insurance on a property they bought in a tax or mortgage foreclosure by a quit claim deed? 

If I bought this house I would be able to rent out the other 2 bedrooms to close friends (who I have lived with before) so tenant problems wouldn't be too much of an issue.

I have sold houses and have friends that have bought houses and I know their financials.

Our first property I bought before we got married so technically it is under my name.

They are worth ~270k now and we just bought them a year ago. 

@Chasity CouchFind investors in your area who have a process of consistently finding & closing deals (you can look up who bought properties under LLCs, or just Google "we buy houses" or something).

Has any of you bought a property with the intention of flipping it using owner financing?

I bought the property in cash through my LLC and have a cash budget for renovations.
