@Preetinder SinghNot sure how things work in CT, but I was able to get my course book about 10 days before the classes began and was able to read through it and take notes before class even started.

Having to disclose the drainage issue on my non disclosure agreement with the buyer would be nice to note on there that it was done by a very reputable company with a lifetime warranty but we bought the house within 2 days of it being listed and were bidding with 3 other couples so I don’t think I will have a hard time with the resell.

If I had a work trip or a vacation I wanted to take, I'd pause renovations and go do that and I was always able to ask my friend to come over to help me.Those are luxuries you don't have when you are renovating something on a timeline to get renters in ASAP because you have a loan note to pay.
