The average stay is usually 3-6 weeks, but it's not unusual for someone to stay as long as 6 months.  

@Alexander Felice so maximizing the defiency of of that income you are staying would work best with betting on the RE market?

You must stay in touch with all of them to get their listings and to get ahead.

your tenants aren't going to stay long term in an area like this so i'd expect those expenses of about 2k every 2 years. maybe that's under maintenance.

I let his family from out of town stay in the condo to clean it out and handle affairs until 10/12/18.
