I've had ones where I have 12 people at the same time and others where a couple trickle in here and there.....if its slow, I'll do some minor work on the property.DO NOT rely on others to honor their commitment to show up...... you will be left high and dry a good 80% of the time......

It will either suck all the moisture out from the soil underneath the foundation or damage the foundation by growing roots under it.

The flowing water spread throughout the entire apartment, damaging all carpet and pad.Oy.In short order, mgmt placed commercial fans throughout the unit to dry the carpet / pad and prevent mold and rot while the plumber got to work.

If wiping it off with a dry rag stops working, you need to use a wet rag to get the paint off, and then finish up with a dry rag.

It takes much longer to dry and is more work to clean up than latex paint, but you'll get fewer brush strokes and a better result.

So the reason I mention all of this; the EPA has come forward and announced that the soil in these communities are contaminated with high levels of Lead, as much as 7 times higher then then normal level.

The only response I've received from them is that they need to wait until the drywall is completely dried before they can do anything.
