My major is information technology so I’ll try and merge these skills into something that will make me desirable to employers who will hopefully pay for my education. 

Should I work with an organization, a local agent, or do something else?

I know **** happens but it would make me question your business skills and dig deeper.

No internships, if you have a skill you feel could be beneficial for an investor sell it. 

Hi: I am in Texas and have organized our investment properties into several LLCs.

Either because they’re incompetent, unmotivated, over worked, have other more important business interests, are managing property as a sideline or lack people skills.  

I would be lying if I said I haven’t done the same thing with making a service call from my bed lol…I also self manage and although I do agree that a big part of property management is service call related…but a great PM will go the extra mile when placing tenants, upkeep of the property, organization with financials ect…

A lot of agents will serve on a Board for the local hospital, museum, Chamber of Commerce, or other organization that builds connections.
