Obviously dollar cost averaging would be different, but sticking everything in the C-fund is not very attractive from where I sit...Still undecided, but I'm definitely leaning toward rolling my TSP into an SDIRA or E-QRP and putting it in multifamily.Oh, and real estate is actually better from a taxable income standpoint than Roth or Traditional IRAs...

@Matthew PaulYeah I get it , better is a dry morsel and quietness therewith......and I would do the same and don't worry too much about the notice period and totally understand one month vacancy is pretty normal but I probably got lucky this time since a friend of mine has shown interest to move to my place right away.

One of the reasons that we choose to do real estate in our retirement accounts is because that is where 80%+ of each of our assets ALREADY were sitting, so we each did 'roll overs'.
