It is a lot of work and expense to do this option.You can buy commercial pinned hinges that have a set screw in them that can only be removed when the door is open and a guard for the door lock set.

This could take more than 12 months.Its better take extra long that jump in too soon and get screwed over.It took me over 18 months before I established the right people on the ground in the US and bought my first property and later on making the move here.A good way of eliminating the shady operators is to say that you have no intentions of doing any business for at least 6 months.You will find that many won't seem as interested in assisting and answering questions any more.This is good as they were only after a quick profit before they could move onto their next victim.Thanks and have a great day.

Most times the probate attorney is not a real estate attorney.If the property is a super smoking deal, I would not only have the above standard phrasing in the contract, but also provide that the seller will do what ever is needed to clear the title that they so graciously screwed up.I see title that are self inflicted wounds, but seldom fatal.

I would have two concerns. 1) tenant doing work on unit is a liability ie screw driver slips and cuts their hand and they are out of work for a few days. 2) There will be a period of time when you don't have a key to your property.
