@Devin Pickett  I really recommend you use the search function on "subject to" because there is far more discussion than I can summarize.Pros:  No qualification for the loan. 

This function allows you to find alike values within other spreadsheets (or same spreadsheet).

@Michael PlaksHave not used that particular feature, but I do know that the software is very versatile and multi-functional.
