I have never been east of the Mississippi River so I cannot tell you based on what I saw but I can give you real estate and construction views.

I’m familiar with the Central Valley so Roseville area will be a new beginning for me.

Basically now I'm putting in foil requests and waiting few weeks for info, liens from river head etc  @Jack Hatton I know patchogue, its a good buy and hold area for LI which is basically non existent for cash flow.

I know you were talking SW and SE multi-fam but I would research the area north of the UofA campus (north of speedway but south of River, east of 1st (aka Euclid) but west of Tucson Blvd).
