@Eric JohnIf you use SDIRA your rental income will go back into your SDIRA and hence depending on the type of your IRA - Roth or Regular, the taxes will be either defferred or it will grow tax-free.

Apparently Keller Williams Agency has a relationship with MyOutDesk so the VA's do have some real estate exposure through the course of their regular work, vs. having to train them from the ground up.

I asked a question and she was able to answer the question and went to someone to get answers she did not have.I think QuestIRA was offering no account fee set up but that may have been a promotion as they had fees when I looked them over.I have a traditional-Ira and a ROTH-Ira and the ROTH has the same guidelines as any other wherein you can contribute up to the IRS mandated amount per year.

I'm almost considering option 3, just put a regular door lock that I then replace it before closing (leaving it clear to buyers that the lock is NOT included).
