Using YellowLetter HQ for mailings, Call Rail for phone systems and Podio for CRM.RVM - I was able to get 1,500 numbers from my list using datazapp (always open to recommendations for other sources!)

If you want to be serious, get a service like Ring Central or Call Rail.

If they have vehicles at location what can you do with those and how long do you have to keep them.

I'm not aware of another easily accessible vehicle which allows you to offset your income to such a large degree.

A great vehicle for some.

Additionally, I've noticed an abandoned vehicle parked on the public curbside, with flat tires and no license plates, as well as another pickup truck filled with junk and displaying out-of-state plates.

But if you use your cell phone, vehicle, a room in your home, your internet, any eating out while at your property..... a portion of all these can be written off.

They're a great vehicle for wealth.

@Rick Pozos thanks... okay so if I'm reading you right... you are typically using this as a vehicle to flip houses to avoid too much in hard money... not a long-term residual play. 

Also, the High Speed Rail is going to have a station there so their may be a good opportunity for appreciation in the area in the long run.I've been investing in Gilroy with success for awhile now.
