You can't target motivated sellers, and all these lists you go after that are "distressed homeowners" have a 99.9% probability they are NOT motivated. so you are SERIOUSLY making it DOUBLE harder for yourself to succeed.So not only are you telling people to zoom in on a much smaller audience, instead of going after the larger motivated smaller audience,  but also, that smaller audience has a 0.1% chance they are motivated.Data.
