Not saying they cannot provide that return but having been doing this for a long time, to get to 18% for investors consistently would not be something I would consider to be safe and if they were giving investors 18% then they should not need to post on facebook and would have a line longer than those to a Taylor Swift concert already investing with them.Chris, there are certainly many scammers out there, and I can't say I understand exactly what this guy is proposing, but I do offer my investors a targeted minimum of 15% IRR.

A plan was probably attached showing the location of where the access is allowed.You shouldn't put water service in on the neighbours property if it isn't previously agreed upon and the neighbour has the right to refuse your proposal.
