The codes, regulations and zoning are prohibitive.

What are y'all's thoughts on this zip code?

These will protect you and make sure the work is being done to code.

So far I have the list in excel but the first and last name are not separated and neither is the zip code.

With a zip code target marketing strategy It's a winner and very timely @Manuel Diaz.

Chicago zoning code states that if a property is destroyed not by the hand of the owner, it can be rebuilt as its grandfathered use.  

I will specifically be working in the Spring and Woodlands areas of Texas, and could be close to zip code 77379. 

I get my real estate license in March to help find deals and am currently looking to creatively finance two single family homes or duplexes in any of the zip codes below because I like these areas! 

.- replace front and back doors and door frame (2)- plumbing/wiring for Washer/Dryer hookups- get kitchen outlets up to code so appliances work safely- paint and add knobs to kitchen cabinets - kitchen sink fix (replace faucet)- insulation of windows - plastic lining- make sure smoke detectors are working/to code- get garage door working - needs to be hooked back up - exterior siding cleaning OR paintingLet me know if you think this sounds reasonable or not...
