When I was a real estate agent print ads and direct mail ads did not do so well for me. 

Also, pay attention to the fine print when you use the VA loan. 

You have to prove that you did in fact try to rent the apartment ie show ad clippings from the news paper, printed craigslist ads that show the date of the posting, show the list of apartment showings you had, etc.

I am looking for the type that has the waiver text on top and several lines for people to print and sign their names.

@David BoatmanI don’t know if I would save cash right now considering all of the money that the fed is printing.

If it were that simple then it would be extremely easy to print billions within a few years doing forex trading. 

Round-trip.But then, of course, there are pages of small print if you care.
