My interest in RE investing began after I first read ‘Rich Dad Poor Dad’ by Robert Kiyosaki.

Theres houses are designed to be cool and flashy but not practical and actually poorly designed and usually poorly constructed (because of the extremely fast time frame).

I only have one home, but definitely willing to share tips/tricks I have picked up over the years.

I opened 3 of these between me and my wife and transfer my HELOC to those cards.Yes, it dinged my credit score pretty hard (went from Excellent to Poor in a like a week LOL). but for the last 15 months.

I picked that one and a 4 unit in Lewiston up for 125k.

Also anyone see pros cons of paying for electric, gas, trash pick up?

I’m confident in my ability to do a lot of the work on the house If need be however I don’t own all the proper tools to do so and there is stIll a lot of steps that go into flipping I don’t have experience in (I.e. tile, flooring, sheet rock) due to previous jobs I have relationships with a large multitude of contractors, electricians, plumbers, carpenters etc I don’t have a specific house picked out at the moment however I do have several target neighborhoods I’ve been keeping an eye on.
