It was first property we rented , great experience and we are learning from this experience. not sure about the other property with $500 below market that one is off market from Zillow not sure if it is rented or sth else.

You've mentioned Guesty and Avail as examples, but in my experience these are very different.

We had a fairly bad experience with one of the Hayward stores.. 

Learning by doing during this market cycle is an invaluable experience.

The second question is: Do you have experience as a landlord?

I have no experience with temporary housing companies, but I know the rent would be guaranteed and paid directly by the insurance company which makes it attractive to me, then again I will have to look for new tenants in 6 months. 

I was initially looking to buy a turnkey property but I have since found a partner who is interested in value adds and has experience.
