I was shocked seeing these people's paystubs.

They have canals (not like Naples, but pleasant) and a lot of festivals (kites, sand castle, etc) and it feels like an area that could appreciate.

A lot of the things we've experienced in the past few months have been extremely shocking to us, and caused us a lot of stressed and anxiety.

I was pleasantly surprised to hear back from the county, and they do some provide header information, with a 21 page pdf explaining column data (!!!). 

Kidding aside, were you shocked when I told you over lunch last week that I was giving up housing to do the new biz with David?

I do notice that people are very pleasant and helpful.

:)I had a rental townhouse in Pleasant Grove that I planned on holding indefinitely, but recently sold it after just 18 months because purchase prices keep going up so quickly here, and rents aren't really keeping pace.

It’s much better being pleasantly surprised with less than expected expenses.  

These guys work hard, but are trades first and business people second.Dealing with them, at first, was a bit of a culture shock, coming from a banking and management consulting background.

I think folks would be shocked at how good the money is.
