Do you want a single family home in backwater Tennessee or an 8 plex in Los Angeles?

Especially with duplexes because in the City of LA it is likely a rent controlled unit and any property subject to Los Angeles Rent Stabilization Ordinance cannot be used as an STR.

I now intend to do something similar now in Los Angeles.

I attended a tax deed sale auction in Pomona that's when I kinda of just wanted to test real estate out...Thank you now I understand why tax deed sales are done once a year (los angeles county) ...and trustee sales (every city)are done often like almost every other day...Thank you sir...And I just got the listing for San Diego upcoming auction..for april.
