I feel this will set my parent's retirements up even more so and is important for me to accomplish this for them.I have always had a vision and I would like for you to give me some advice to get it going.

@John Kaftan There are conventional loan programs that will allow a parent to buy a property for a college bound child with just 5% down.

After discovering the property owner passed away 2 years ago, and the mailing address belongs to the owners parents estate, I am unsure how to go about finding them.

There is a way to set up your structure in a manner that will work for you.I like the parent LLC with subsidiaries for the properties underneath it.

My parents want to get rid of their 2 duplexes and I want to obtain them for as little down as possible.

My parents are quite traditional, so they want to me go to university.

In 2012 they kept getting behind on the water bill and it was dinging my parents credit so they started paying the water bill and garbage (combined bill with the city) and the renter kicked in $25 to cover the garbage.
