I just went through the process of buying a FSBO here in NJ and basically it was the same process as buying with an agent with the only difference being I had to do the initial negotiation with the seller and then my lawyer advised me on certain things opposed to an agent.

Term leases automatically convert to M2M at completion with the same language.Tenants and landlords in Ontario are primarily governed by the RTA as opposed to their lease.All my tenants are permanently on M2M so that I avoid having to redo/resign a new lease every year.
