Hi all,I am new to this forum, learning a lot, looking forward to the future, thanks to the organizers and participants of the forum.

While at eviction court I advised them to look into the salvation army, the rescue mission and other non-profits who house the homeless as I knew this would be an uphill battle for them to find a legitimate new home but there is no vacancy in these establishments and they have been turned down by every landlord they have applied with.There are two non-profits willing to pay some of the rent to keep the renters in my unit and from becoming homeless and losing their children to foster care and CPS has inspected the unit with the 8 occupants and is allowing the living situation.  

Partly because it's much easier for an introvert to click a mouse in a room by himself than organize a team and interact with a lot of people.

Being the organizer of the Meetup allows you to email the group members directly through their site.

I'm very organized and good at problem solving.This is me just working through HOW i'm going to get this done with basically nothing, and also when.

Buying properties on the open market that are presented to you in a neatly organized package doesn't take any skill and will not generate instant wealth or livable income. 

I am writing to ask for experiences with the Calbre or other license issuing organizations.

I'm sure I'll have lots of questions once I get a bit more organized!
