I think it is incredible how the Mayor etc. want to continue to build towers downtown and expect them to fill up with affluent Investors and Tenants who want to live in a concrete jungle at the low point of the head of Tampa Bay, waiting for Flood of the Century...http://www.tampabay.com/news/localgovernment/tampa...This is why I am Selling and will just keep my Residence to Sell Tax-Free every two years or so, with one Rental that I want to move into after that and maybe one Flip that I 1031 as a Rotating Rental Portfolio.

I have been in communication with his nephew for the past couple of weeks who has been keeping me abreast of the situation with his uncle, but over the past week has gone radio silent on me and my patience has run out on waiting for news on my tenant.

I just saw this news article and feel bad for the owner that was renting out this house:http://abc30.com/news/man-arrested-in-west-central...At least annual inspections of smoke detectors is a good idea to get into the place and make sure something crazy isn't going on.
