congrats man, network (and ask questions) with your local REI investment club) for a start..

Any and all suggestions would be greatly appreciated, including who not to use if there are people with bad reputations in the investor network.  

Recently the Old Dawg's REI Network Podcast had me as their featured guest 5 days ago too.  

I'm looking to meet other investors in the area and network with some great people.

I also have a strong network or property managers, inspectors, lenders, etc so that if I personally don't know the answer to a question, I can find it quickly.

Feel free to reach out, I can put you in touch with my realtor who is super helpful and give you more details on what I know about that market, and I am always looking to network in the area.  

I would start networking with a local investment club in San Diego and a meet up too.

If you network enough then you will naturally end up connecting with like minded investors. 

Find a deal, buyers will come out of the woodwork if you really have a deal.If I was getting into wholesaling, I would start networking. 

This is a great place to learn and network.
