Hi Everyone, So I have been stacking my brain for the past few months trying to decide whether to purchase a multi family property as my first deal or to do a fix and flip?

Most of that time was spent educating myself by reading books, talking to other investors, and watching youtube videos.

Looking for a reliable GC in Arkansas area  closer to Memphis for a multi family rehab.

It's not a good investment for MY money, and my alternatives include small multi's that we've been buying over the past 6 years in SD.  

For multi-family rehabs, I've redone a ton of these small '50s-'60s baths with the pastel tile and fixtures, but added an updated punky-kitsch twist, and people went absolutely crazy for them (budget kitchen re-dos, too).

It's not the best info, but if you were ever questioned about the value it is 3rd party data.
