yes it is an owner occupied residence. my kids and I live here.

Utilized childproof feature so our kids can't shut it off anymore and put it on basement mode (it runs continuously now).

For an area that supports vacation rentals bigger will yield more profit.I often see extended families, grandparents, parents, kids vacationing together or attending college football games or being together for Christmas.

Sounds like a good technique to teach my kids.

I called them and explained that it was just a large, regular, family home that was used for our family and our foster kids.

Just kidding, but I do enjoy being outside (hiking, backpacking, mountain biking, dirt biking, camping, etc) which makes Colorado the perfect place for me.
