I went to the city and tried a couple of options but since the property has 8 units I have to get a permit for each unit that I'm working on listing everything that needs a permit and for external plumbing I am required to have a Master Plumber get the permit. 

I did an entire new kitchen and floors which will update it and new master bath area!
