I gave my son a very legitimate bill to be paid through escrow for $34,000 when adding the labor.So, take your $100 to $200 per month, add your costs for financing and tell me how many single family homes it will take while earning $100 to $200 per month to break even to pay for this one house.I purchased 10 homes in Boise and Meridian Idaho about 14 years ago and figured that if the property values increased only 5% per year I would be living on Easy Street.

If so, then this could be nothing more than a twist on the upfront fee scam, and I suggest you run for the hills.Just speculating, but it would be interesting if the scammers found the name of a legitimate type of debt insurance, albeit only common overseas, and are now trying to convince naïve US borrowers to pay them up-front for these policies.

This particular geographic area is in the process of legitimizing Marijuana growing and cultivating operations,  dispensaries, wholesale and retail operations, etc. albeit it is still against the Federal mandate.My question is do you as a commercial property owner/investor think I would I be liable as the property owner and landlord and subjuct to property forfiture in the event of legal enforcement of said Federal mandate even if it's legal on a local Statewide level and my only involvement is as a landlord with no direct involvement in the biz other than a NNN lease?
