I mean most places charge $200 just to show up then the rate on top.Take the disposal out and just pipe it normal.I remember my landlord replacing mine often in college.

Have any fees collected at closing by whatever legitimate title/escrow company is handling your closing.

It's hard to find quality ones even at 10% so I'd be cautious of any place that's only charging 8%.All in all it looks like you may be underestimating the expenses.

You can get water /sewer charges from the town in most cases.
