Well unfortunately when it rains, the rain runs down into his yard and creates a mess because there is no place for it to run off.

If the judgement exceeds your umbrella, they will start selling your assets until you get to a point where you can satisfy the entire judgement.

I had good friends/mentors commit suicide when the judgements started coming.I do not over extend myself with leverage as I do not like being at the mercy of interest rates, market pull backs etc.

Then you can work all winter, in the rain, to finish it out.
