I 'want' to have a window above the tub shower but building inspector says NO window.

HERE our building inspectors do every trick in the book to eliminate these, condemn them, and require they be torn down, hauled out.

It has a property inspection addendum but it's for using a home inspector to find any faults with the property.

Do you know if the inspector could have a way to locate the things that need to be replaced ?

I'm not sure they are allowed to use it for this purpose.If they did their own inspection report, which it sounds like they did, shouldn't their inspector have found this termite damage?

City Inspector said we have to bring up exterior disconnects and interior burned unit up to code.

In Indianapolis the water and sewer is being sold by the city to an outside company which would mean there would not be any city owned utilities for my properties anymore so it would be nice if that also prevented the liens.
