Do you structure their undivided interest within an entity or can you include it with the mortgage and/or note? 

Do you have the income to get approved for a mortgage (doubtful they will include rental income)?

Or a tic unit that includes the shed?

However, neither current nor pro forma numbers include the value of the 28 POH that we will be getting as well and selling on owner financing back to the tenants.
