Our next free Black Diamond event is in Waltham on Tuesday November 19, about 20 minutes outside of Boston, and just as a reminder, Worcester meetings are postponed for the holidays, and Waltham meetings are moved temporarily to the 3rd Tuesday to avoid the holidays.

I've sacrificed a few events and hobbies, but have found plenty of space for the things that are truly important to me.

I attended a FIBI event and talked to an experienced investor about my idea of starting out with a duplex where I can live in one unit and rent the others.

There are also plenty of Networking events in Phoenix that are geared towards Young Entrepreneurs Like yourself.

The Maker further agrees that in the event any payment is made, such being at the option of Maker, only payments in even dollar amounts greater than twenty four dollars shall be made with amounts paid being first applied to accrued interest and then to principal.

Our Black Diamond events are free, no memberships, no selling speakers, and draw from 100-200 people at our Waltham location.

I went to one of his networking events in NOLA earlier this year and was pleasantly surprised.  

I would recommend American IRA also, I recently set up my account with them after meeting them at our local REIA event in Charlotte, and getting recommendations from other REIA members. 

Shout out from Houston.I found networking event to be the best venue as well as local RE club.Your profile said your brokerage buy property so isn't that somewhere you can start?
