Others get paid principal and inters at closing.Note that you are typically buying with cash or hard money when using this method, because the property often needs to much work to qualify for conventional financing initially.Obviously, all of the above numbers ignore closing costs and commissions.

I know of only one letter that stated 'Do not put food on the ground' which I was not doing, so I ignored it.I would also like to be informed of the Condo Associations official Due Process for addressing violations as it appears to be quite different than that of the parent HOA.

In two solid years of doing this, our biggest problems have been: an international guest who ignored our no smoking policy (and we easily got them to pay us an additional $200 cleaning fee after filing a complaint with Airbnb); older guests who can't figure out how to use our nespresso; and some broken plates and glasses.
