Ultimately, you want a CPA and Quickbooks...that is the magic combination.If you are looking at financial modeling or more sophisticated solutions, we use a VA Firm called UpWork...some pretty bright folks out there.

There are plenty of books and podcasts to explain in detail why this is so.As for drafting a syndication, retainers vary by firm, but I don't even look at a project for less than $15K.

There are end to end firms that do it all for you from filing, completing registered agent information, and to the annual filing + fee.

We co-host 2 single family properties that are 3br/2ba they are around 1500-1700 sq foot.Our cleaning fee to guests is $149 and $165 (slightly larger unit).
